The Proof is Perseverance

Pastor Jason challenges us to reconsider the idea of "easy believism" and emphasized that genuine faith is demonstrated through continued obedience and growth in Christ. He used Colossians 1:21-23 as the primary text, highlighting God's desire to present us as holy, blameless, and above reproach before Him.

Key Takeaways:

-Perseverance over time is the proof of salvation. It's not just about praying a prayer, but about living a transformed life that continues in faith.

-God wants to present us as holy (set apart), blameless (without defect), and above reproach (living beyond accusation) before Him.

-True faith is characterized by stability, steadfastness, and not shifting from the hope of the gospel.
